Return Policy

Most of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind, and collectible. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. Once shipped, the shipping company is responsible for the item’s safe delivery. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during transit.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive an item, such as a piece of jewellery or clothing, that is broken or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. In most cases, we will require the item to be sent back for assessment. If it can be repaired, we will first consult with the original artist or designer. If they agree to repair it, they will cover the return shipping cost.

We do not refund original shipping costs.
